-

This very popular, pretty trail circumnavigates the Türlersee, a small lake in the district of Affoltern, in Canton Zürich. At only 4.5 kilometers and almost no elevation change, this trail was the perfect easy walk for a less than perfect day.
-

The Sihlwald Circular Trail (length 13 km, ascent 570 m, descent 570 m) is a fun loop trail that starts at the Sihlwald Bahnhoff, goes through the forest up to the fabulous views at the Albishorn, and ends with a lovely easy walk along the riverside as it returns to the Sihlwald Bahnhoff.

-

Back on the trail with stage 7 of the Zürichsee-rundweg hike (length 14 km, ascent 380 m, descent 320 m). The panorama views on stage 7 were some of the best views so far.
-

I have returned to my quest to complete the Zürichsee-Rundweg with stage 6 – Schmerikon to Rapperswil. SAt only 11 kilometers and 70 meters of elevation gain, it was not a particularly challenging hike, but it did make for an excellent afternoon walk.
