German Netflix Pick: “How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)”

So, I’ve found another German series on Netflix that I just have to recommend. It is called “How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)” and it is a seriously funny dark-comedy about teen-age drug dealers in Germany. At the center of this series is Moritz Zimmerman, a self-centered nerdy teen who idolizes Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos. After his girlfriend breaks up with him, Moritz tries to impress her by selling ecstasy. When his online drug shop becomes wildly successful, he struggles to balance his role as CEO of an illegal drug empire with his life as a teenager. And then, the mob gets involved.

Darkly hilarious and thoroughly engaging, “How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)” is filled with excellent performances. In particular, Maximilian Mundt, is pitch-perfect as Moritz Zimmerman.
